”It all started by the northern shores of the great Lake Hjälmaren, in the heartland of Sweden .

I have always loved good food and a few years ago felt the urge to make a good and delicious food with no compromises.

I started by cooking tasty delicious jams and chutneys from my own plums and apples. Then I wanted to make a good and crispy gourmet cracker, I wanted the cracker to be made by hand with organic grown ingredients from local farmers.

To cook food this way, by hand, takes time, but I believe that creating great food does takes time.

Our crackers and jams are found exclusively in handpicked cheese and delicatessen shops around Sweden, England and Europe.

Our aim is to deliver a premium cracker for your pleasure and enjoyment.

Gourmet Crackers

Our Gourmet Crackers are based on a recepie used for generations.  The Gourmet Crackers are prepared by skilled bakers, made from stone ground flour, sourced from local mills, using the same techniques that have been around for thousands of years, and carefully selected natural ingredients.

We use old grain like spelt, rye and barley and support local farmers and mills who in turn contribute to a sustainable local production.

Jams, chutneys, mustards, BBQ-sauce

Jams, chutneys and BBQ7chillisauce from Sörgården Måla are made from carefully selected fruits and berries with sugar for conservation, and no other additives.

To preserve the taste, colour and texture of the fruit and berries we cook the jams and chutneys in small batches, about 5 kg, to get shortest possible time of cooking.

We use home-grown or locally grown fruits and berries as much as possible.

Our mustards is made from our own produced honey.
