Sörgården Måla is beautifully located along the northern banks of the great Lake Hjälmaren, in the heartland of Sweden, the farm has centuries old history and Sörgården has been around since the mid-19th century.

The name Måla means “small plot of land” in Swedish which, in a good way, describes the countryside around Lake Hjälmaren. 

Our production methods support local farmers and mills who in turn contribute to a sustainable local production.

Sörgården Måla gives you good and tasty gourmet crackers, jams, chutneys and mustards, mad with love for good food and artisan production.

Old-fashioned Gourmet Crackers is the original product baked from a recepie thats been around for generations. The tasty unique flavour comes from the use of the old grains spelt, rye and barley. Tese grains are then stone grounded by the same principels used for thousands of years.

The products Old-fashioned Gourmet Crackers and Gourmet Crackers Ginger have received the Great taste award from Husmansbord 2011.

The Hot Fig Jam and Old-fashioned Plum Jam recieved the Great taste award from Husmansbord 2014

In the summer of 2015 was yet some more of our jams certified by Husmanbord Västmanland 2015 our Fenja's Smoky Chipotle jam and Lovely Red Onion Marmalade awarded and Lovely Red Onion Marmalade was awarden Swedens Best Country Food in spring 2016

Arboga Crackers at the Nobel Prize party, VLT, 10 dec 2011

Old-Fashioned Gourmet Crackers was served by Husmansbord at the Nobel Prize Party Nobel NightCap. The crackers was served with a matured swedish hard cheese, Elks salami from Hygns Vilt and pickeled herring.
